Jonathan cut a piece of wood that doesn’t match the rest of the frame to fix my door. The wood has screws in it. Does not look pleasant. The door will lock now but I don’t believe this job cost over $200. First of all it did not take 3 hrs to do this job. He got to my home around 11:50 am can in for 5 mins. Went to Lowe’s for materials (the piece of wood) that took about 20 mins. He was done with the job around 12:45 that’s not 3 hrs and I should not be billed $200. For something that looks unprofessional and unfinished. I can send pictures. But I do want a partial refund for this job. Thank you
