They said 125 service charge, she never said anything about a labor charge! You thinking one price and it’s another price. So customers beware just because they say SERVICE CHARGE, it’s also a LABOR CHARGE too!!! Never again!

Torsion spring broke on a Friday evening after normal business hours. Sent a text message to owner and he arranged to have a technician at my home on Saturday morning. Work was done quickly. Technicians were very friendly. I will definitely call this company the next time I need any garage door work done.

John, the owner of the company, said he would send someone on Tuesday. He called Monday night to confirm a time. Scott & Travis arrived Tuesday morning and spent a little over an hour but had my door and motor working like new!! Scoot was very thorough and knew what he doing. I will definitely use them again!!!

I called and left a message Monday morning and my call was returned that evening. Asked about my schedule for the next day and was willing to fit me in so that I could make a lunch date. The repairman arrived on time and made the repair in about 30 minutes. Was friendly and professional. Offered me the option to replace both springs now and save a service call since it was likely that the other spring would fail in the near future, based on his experience. I thought the price was very fair and approved the repair. He finished quickly and the garage door moved very smoothly upon testing.

The lift cable on one side of the door had bent the anchor and come off, the top roller on both sides of the door had come off, at least 2 hinges were massively bent. The door was hanging by it's attachment to the electric opener and you could see out over the top of the door. The door was jammed partly open on one side, and wedged against the rail. Replaced 75% of the hinges, put the door back on the tracks and had everything going in an hour or so. I expected a multi-hundred dollar bill. Under $100 bucks. Serviceman very courteous and was on time. Extremely pleased with both the result and the price.
