He has been able to come out the same day we have called. He is professional and courteous and skilled at fixing plumbing problems. We will definitely call him again whenever we have plumbing problems. The $60 charge was when he tracked down our frozen pipes and spent alot of time on it. Other times he has not charged that much. We always feel his charges are appropriate for the work he does. He also gives us suggestions when we ask, for how to avoid future problems such as with our frozen pipes.
