Terry was very responsive by showing within 4 hours of my call even though I didn't request immediate service. He and helper, Martin, were very efficient in diagnosing the issues and providing estimate. They had to order the replacement part and were still able to install several days ahead of his estimate. Tony was conscientious and professional about his work and very personable. I felt he had my financial interests at heart and didn't oversell unnecessary services, repairs. I would strongly recommend him and will definitely hire again for other needs.

Called Terry in the AM and he arrived later that afternoon, also called prior to arrival, which I personally appreciate. I have used Terry's service before and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. Terry's Overhead Door is definitely on my short list of repair companies to TRUST and call if I ever have any questions.

This has got the be the most honest businessman in the Charlotte area. Called me back on a Sunday, service the next day. Many other garage companies would have tried to sell me something I didn't need. Terry fixed our problem and had us back in business in about 45 minutes. No hassle, friendly service. Will never go to another garage door company again. Terry is now on my speed dial list.

I called around 9 am on a Friday, and they were close by and at the house by 10 am. The work was complete by 11 am. The worker was very courteous, clean cut, and fast. I was very happy with the work. Price seemed high given how quickly he was able to finish the job!
