The carpet cleaning was great, better than I expected. I have had the carpet cleaned by well known companies in the past that didn t look as good. They stretched the wrinkles out of the carpet at a cheaper price than I had been quoted by others. Was well pleased with everything.

Prompt - actually called and said he could arrive early and that was fine. Completed the work and explained what he was doing as I watched. It was a quick and easy process much to our releif and satisfaction. Will use him again if and when needed.

I called Scott after someone else didn't show to do the work (carpet stretching). He put me on the schedule with no problem, called when he said he would and arrived when he said he would. He knew why the carpet was buckled, fixed it and was on his way. Especially like the warranty on his work. He is cordial but professional. I would definitely recommend Scott/Floorworks.

Scott and Mark were great! They did a fantastic job under circumstances that were not easy (unfortunately my circuit breaker on the upstairs due to the age of my home kept tripping and poor Mark kept having to reset it every 5 minutes. He did it without a single complaint and even with a smile on his face!) I also hired them to clean my entire home. This was so convenient for me because time is not always on my side due to my work schedule. The outcome was nothing but perfect. The carpets look new, smell fresh and clean and the stretched carpet looks amazing!!!!!! The price was great! Scott and Mark were professional, fast and couldn't have been nicer with a touch of humor!!!!!! I would highly recommend them, in fact, my Mom who was with me and loved the job they did will be calling them to stretch her carpets.
