"Thank you for the review. We are sorry that you didn’t like the service we provided. I would like to leave our side of the experience on here as well. Diagnostic was performed and part was ordered. Even though the correct part was ordered, with in 3 business days an incorrect part was delivered. This does tend to happen unfortunately. Once we established that an incorrect part was sent, we confirmed with you and asked if you still wanted to proceed with the repair. You said that you did want to proceed. So we re ordered the part rush and expressed how it was vital to receive the correct part from the manufacturer. However the next day you called us very concerned and asked us to cancel the process. This ended up being a great expense for us since we were unable to return the part after multiple attempts and had to pay for the rush shipping. We really hoped that we could have worked something out with you. Thank you."

We had a great experience with Appliance Reliance. Vlad quickly diagnosed the problem with our washing machine at our rental house and our refrigerator at our current home. He was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. He called when he said he would and came out at the time he promised. Very professional as well. We will definitely be using him again for any appliance issues in the future! Highly recommend.

Within minutes of submitting a request I was contacted to make an appointment. The technician, Stan did a great job and was early. He disassembled the dryer and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was missing a part that's not normally carried, and set a time to return. He returned on time and quickly made the fixes. He was polite, knowledgeable, and had a great attitude. He fully explained what he was doing and did before and after the work was done. I will do business again in the future if the need arises and recommend them to others.
