I have been a REALTOR since January, 2002. I specialize in lake properties on Lake Gaston serving both North Carolina and Virginia. I cover more than 350 miles of shoreline in 5 counties (Halifax, Northampton & Warren Counties in NC; and Brunswick & Mecklenburg Counties in VA). I have been a multi million dollar producer and hold the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation as well as being a Graduate of the REALTOR Instititute (GRI) & Short Sale/Foreclosure Specialist (SFR). In North Carolina we must obtain 8 hours of continuing education per licence renewal and in Virginia I must obtain 24 hours per license renewal.
