I can not say enough about Mr. Winston's dedication to his craft. You can tell he has a passion and is eager to explain the ins and outs of the process. It is hard to find his type of professionalism in today's contractors. He was punctual and delivered his report in the timeframe he set. He made sure to include me in the process and educated me along the way on the various techniques to collect samples. Once the report from the lab came back, he punctually created a report for me and gave me time to review it. After I reviewed the report, he made himself available to go over it in fine detail and taking as much time as I needed to answer my questions to my satisfaction. I later learned that Mr. Winston had been ill during the time of my report creation. You would never know it. I would recommend Mold Test Specialist and not hesitate to use them again for future needs.

Mr. Monk was very professional and thorough. He took the time to educate me on what he was looking for and explained the process very well. This was my second time having testing completed in my home and I will say had I gone with Mr. Monk first I would not have had to get a second report. Highly recommend.

I hired Mr. Monk. He was incredibly knowledgeable. I was in process of inspection for a home purchase and honestly he saved me from buying a home that would have made me and my son sick. He showed me where the mold was lingering around and showed water damage in areas I would have not looked for. Beside the seller covering up a huge hole in the floor , Mr. Monk was heaven sent. He is knowledgeable and very honest , this man deserves a medal .

Winston was thorough and explained the process prior to meeting. He arrived on time and ead friendly. We walked through the process together and he answered along my questions. As promised I received report the following week and Winston went over the report over the phone with me.

Mr. Monk was very thorough in his inspection of my home. He explained the process to me and told me how the testing process would go. He was courteous, professional, and a joy to talk with. Having a newborn, I was very cautious and slightly nervous about the inspection, but he talked me through everything and provided a pathway on my next steps. Mr. Monk explained over the phone and when he arrived that the fee of $380 would include 2 air samples and that additional costs would be dependent upon the number of other samples taken. Of course not knowing anything any mold inspection, I thought if mold was detected in the 2 air samples, that would be sufficient and I would only have to pay the $380. I wish he had informed me of how many additional samples might be needed before he took them because I was NOT expecting to pay $720! It took me by surprise but I wrote the check nevertheless. Other than that unanticipated blow to my pocketbook, Mr. Monk was polite and professional throughout the process. I would recommend him; however, he might want to tell people that just sampling the air may not be sufficient, and of the likelihood of additional samples being required. In hindsight, I certainly should have asked more questions but really did not know what to expect OR what to ask. Other than the surprise at the overall costs, Mr. Monk did a very good job.

Mr. Monk travelled a long way from his base to test my condo. He did a thorough inspection and collected 4 mold samples plus 2 air samples. He went over the sample testing and a sample results report with me in the condo. After receiving the results and consulting with a local company for remediation, I called him and he said he would have recommended exactly what the contractor did. I recommend him to anybody.

Winston Monk personally performed this service of collecting samples for testing inside and out, attic and crawlspace. He did exactly what he told me he would do prior to me hiring him.
