Crawford is an extremely responsive company with customer service that goes above and beyond. I have worked with them on a few occasions (because we unfortunately picked a bad brand of appliances for our kitchen renovation). They show up on time and are very professional and friendly when they are on site - our finicky cat even enjoys their company! They also voluntarily assisted me in dealing with poor customer service that I received at the hands of my home warranty company. They are my go-to appliance folks and they next time something breaks, they will be my first call! I highly recommend them for all appliance repair needs!

They talk the talk, but by no means can they walk the walk…..or even crawl for that matter… Imagine for a moment that an appliance of absolute importance to you and your family failed. Imagine now that you have a home warranty agency and that upon calling them they send out Crawford Appliance. To make this an even more colorful image, this also wasn’t the first repair contractor to look at this appliance. In fact this would be the second one! After a long conversation with my Home Warranty agency who informed me of all the things my policy covers and the very “simple” process, I called Sandy at Crawford to schedule what would turn out to be a month and a half long ordeal… Sandy ensured me that they would treat me with absolute respect and that their technician can fix just about anything. Well during this call I confirmed that they were familiar with the model number and type of appliance, (the previous repair company, had no experience with said model). So we started the process of getting it fixed, at least that’s what I thought... Months later and after multiple visits, it was clear that with all the parts they replaced and time they invested, they simply had no idea as to why it wasn’t working. Calling Sandy, my thought was for sure if these guys couldn’t figure it out who could… so she canceled the work order and reported to my warranty agency they had no idea on the problem and that in fact they could not fix this very common appliance….. So if you’re looking for a repair company that’s familiar with everyday products and appliances you can pick up at Lowes Home Improvement, these are not your allies. At this point, in my opinion, the only appliance they could fix would be a toaster…

Our washing machine was leaking water from the bottom of our machine. Kevin arrived promptly, looked at our washer and quickly found the problem. There was a clog in the line. He fixed it within 15 minutes. He gave us great advice on how to keep the washer clear of future clogs. We will confidently recommend Crawford Appliance to our friends.

I was very impressed with the way they handle their appointments. They gave me a date and called me and gave me a 2 hour time window. They also called me to tell me that he was on his way. On another service I have had recently, they gave me eight to five and he didn't get there and he called me at quarter to five. So I sat home the whole day. I would appreciate a little bit more narrowing down on it. He knew immediately what was wrong with the ice maker and it took him ten minutes to fix it.
