Claims 100% Guaranteed Quality Work, but is now refusing to honor his commitment!!! My husband contracted Angel to extend our concrete pad in back. He did the job on Wednesday, 6/13 The pad was supposed to extend to the end of the house and surround air conditioner, which he did, but instead of raising up air conditioner to make pad level he sloped the pad down into the conditioner and house. Which means when it rains, all the water is going to pool there. But if that isn't bad, the worst is that the pad is not even square. The back along house runs 206 inches, the front runs 213 inches. Over half a foot off. We called Angel with complaints and to find out how Angel was going to fix it. Angel states that since the job is done, he was paid, so there is nothing he can or will do about it, even though he claims to offer 100% guaranteed professional work.. He also dumped leftover cement in back yard He splattered the siding and air conditioner with cement and left that as well. Which means when it rains, all the water is going to pool around the air conditioner and at the house. The next item being that the pad is not even square. The back, along house, runs 206 inches, the front runs 213 inches. Over half a foot off. You also got concrete on the siding and air conditioning unit and left it that way and left the scrape concrete on a pile in the back yard. After consulting another contractor, we have no choice but to have the concrete jack hammered out, removed and re-poured properly. So we saved money by using him, but now we have to hire someone to come and break up the concrete and do the job properly. Nothing like having to pay for the same job twice!
