His employee didn't show, so I called an hour after the appointed time letting Mr. Berry know that we'd be back later in the day if he could make it then. When we returned, we found that Mr. Berry had authorized his employee to begin working on the wrong section of our yard--and the employee had dug up almost the entire length of our driveway--an area where we had not wanted anything done. I simply cannot believe that Mr. Berry would authorize his employee to begin digging up my yard without my presence, or even talking to me on the cell phone to see first if it was the work we needed or wanted done!
When I spoke with him on the phone several days later--when he finally answered his phone--he said he would make an appointment to come do the work we actually needed, but he never called.
I cannot conceive someone would run their professional business in such a manner.
