Steve Chapman's Tree Service

My mother had difficulty finding a tree service that would do work on her rural property (They would not travel that far out of their normal territory.) Perusing the internet turned up Steve Chapman Tree Service in the Lincolnton/Denver area. Based on her experience I had to share the result. This is what she told me.
Steve arrived with bucket truck (cherry picker),  a chipper, trailer and front end loader as well as various other pruning equipment plus his two helpers. He was here early am at the time agreed upon and set to work immediately. There were some logistical challenges due to the location of major limbs near buildings. Also a dip in the terrain where we thought the truck could enter the property. Steve determined that that entry could not allow the truck to be placed properly. He therefore,  carefully manuvered his equipment so as to be able to do the work efficiently and to prevent any damage to our driveway. The work was done very efficiently. All debris was raked up, chipped and deposited in an adjacent area to be used as mulch in the future. The property was left so clean that except for the raw cuts on the branches pruned, there was no evidence that all that work had been done.
Steve and his crew were cheerful and pleasant, answered any questions we had and sought our input when he had a question about the work in progress.
We had had three other estimates. Steve impressed us with his knowledge and professionalism. His price was very competitive.
We highly recommend him and will surely will be using him in the future.
