The cobwebs are gone, and the siding is white again. I had to reschedule twice, and they were very understanding and helpful. I also added an out building at the last minute, and the bill didn't change too much.

I own a rental property and was preparing to sale it. I had planned on getting the exterior (brick & wood siding) by having it power washed. When Ethan (Royal Grade Pressure & Soft Wash) contacted me, he suggested soft washing - something I had not heard of. I was skeptical. I went home, done some research and decided to roll the dice and I am glad I did. Royal Grade was absolutely correct and I am extremely happy with the finished product. Their customer service is great, the workmen were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. They took great care in completing the work and strived to a good professional job for a fair price. I strongly recommend these people and I hope to hire them again soon to do the same work on my personal home.

These men did a FABULOUS job! They had a great bang for the buck and did the job quickly. I HIGHLY recommend them, they felt like family doing this job. It's the best pressure washing that my driveway has ever had
