Due to work load, took a little longer than we had hoped for to be started. They kept us informed of their schedule. We had special conditions with dogs and they worked with us to be sure none got where they did not need to be. They were very professional at all times with no loud or objectionable language. We asked for a few minor changes and they were glad to do them. We are very happy with the finished work.

The guys (all brothers) were excellent. Polite, dependable and provide quality work. Final cost very close to quote. I highly recommend them

The main reason for the C rating was that the contractor couldn't or wouldn't do work that is critical to getting the house ready for market. The work in question was to patch concrete on a front porch and to install a garage door opener. No offer to find someone else to do the work. He said he didn't want to be responsible for the concrete patching and preferred to tear down and rebuild the front porch which was not feasible. I respect that he was honest but it's frustrating to get 90% of the work done and have to either find someone else to finish it or do it myself.

The MBA crew was very professonal and friendly, they cleaned up at the end of every day's work. Their work was exceptional, they would not be satisfied until we were. Their prices were fair and resonable, I would recommend MBA Construction to anyone and I would call them again.

MBA was both professional and down-to-earth. They came in and did exactly what they said they would do (a little more just because they take pride in their craft) for very close to the price they quoted ( a little under, actually) and within the time they said it would be done. They knew what they were doing and really seemed to enjoy their work. They were easy to talk to and answered all my questions satisfactorily. I absolutely love my new kitchen! I have a lot more work to do on my home and will definitely hire them again.

roof replacement for our two story house and stand alone garage. The process took three days to complete. Work was completed in a timely manner with good quality.

They came on time to the bid appointment. Explained the replacement procedure and the billing plan and gave us an estimate of the work time.
Within a week we received a written bid that included the exact cost of the windows (to be paid upon receipt of merchandise) and a comprehensive labor cost for installation along with a confirmation of how long the project would take.
We gave them the go-ahead and 2 weeks later they presented the invoice from the window manufacturer which we paid.
2 weeks past that they arrived with the windows and completed the project in one day. (8 windows!)
Their labor cost included replacement of some trim, calking and insulation around each window , touch up painting and CLEAN UP! There was 100 yr-old coal dust and paint and wood dust everywhere, but they used THEIR equipment to vaccuum up the mess and left everything spotless.
Needless to say I was perfectly happy to write the check for their labor that afternoon.
By the way: they were careful to see that the replacement window panes were configured exactly like the originals so that the period style of the house remained intact.

First thing in the morning my foot went through the floor. Having seen their signs in yards all over town, I looked them up and called.Within the hour, Matt Eagle arrived, diagnosed the flooring issue, collected the materials to re-inforce the area and fix the break. The entire job was finished in less than 2 hours and the floor is stronger now than when the floor was originally laid.
