The overall experience with him has always been positive.

He always did very good work. He may be a little bit more expensive but we starting to think that maybe that would be worth it. He is very reliable. He is very professional, he will give you an estimate beforehand and he does what he says he will do. He shows up to do the work and he does the work well. He is a very cordial person to deal with. The work that he has done for us was done several years ago and we've never had a problem.

Overall it was a bit of a drag. I was looking all over for a plumber to install my gas heater, but very few were available. Tony said he would do it for $300, even though he gave a previous estimate for $200. I didn't take him up on the offer at $200 because I thought that was too much for installing a gas heater and thought I could find someone cheaper. After I searched a bit, I settled on using Tony, but he then upped his price to $300, at which I agreed. However, I come to find out he did not install it at all, only hung it on the wall. So I am still left with an inoperable gas heater. I offered him the chance to fix his mistake, but he kept delaying it and said "next week", "next week", so I told him I would write a few nasty reviews and he seemed ok with that. I also intend to write to the attorney general and the BBB. This is for a rental property by the way.
