After several unsuccessful weeks of trying to connect with my previous piano tuner, I was desperate for help. I'm a singer and HAD to have my piano usable NOW. I went online - Angie's List doesn't usually have trades people actually located in Lincoln Co. - and up popped Karl's name. And he is local to me!
I called him and to my complete surprise he was able to come to my house THAT DAY! After setting the appointment, I checked his website and saw wonderful credentials and experience. His price was right in line, too!
He showed up on time, with a text updating me on his progress to my home. Karl addressed every issue that my piano had and did NOT pressure me to purchase additional service or products beyond what I asked for. He was very willing to share knowledge that could prove helpful me, the instrument's owner and player.
Deadline met! Disaster averted! A very happy ending. I will call him again for the next tune up.
