Did a great job on the house, and for $100 additional, they cleaned the walk, steps, front porch, and the driveway. It looks SO MUCH BETTER. Our deck is quite a challenge, as it is large and as old as the house. The only way to get it as clean as the siding on the house would have resulted in stripping off some or most of the paint. They were careful NOT to do that. We've used J&M for years for gutter cleaning. They have always been reliable, careful not to damage anything, and very reasonably priced. I also like the fact that they contact me two or three times a year to see if we need anything done. The total quoted price for a 2-story house and large deck was $700. The driveway, parking pad, walkway, 2 sets of steps, and front porch were also done for an additional $100.

We've used JM Gutters annually for several years now and will continue to do so. His team always does a great job, removing the gutter guards, cleaning the gutters completely, reinstalling the gutter guards, and removing any additional debris from the roof. The gutter with the black stains looked like new when they were through. They are prompt, courteous, and reasonable in price. We'll call them again next year.

Jeff returned calls/texts promptly and his crew came as scheduled. I had initially asked for gutter cleaning and gutter guards and instead of installing the wrong guards, they steered me toward another product they didn't have on the truck and said they would come back the next day with the correct product. I ultimately decided against the guards and they came back just to do the cleaning the next day. I appreciate Jeff's honesty. They were recommended to me by a friend and I recommend them to others.

This is third or fourth year we've used their services. They have always done a good job at what we think is a reasonable price. This time, though, was very good. Chino cleaned the gutters, left them spotless, picked up all the debris from the gutters, and blew the decks, etc. He was very professional and polite and did an excellent job.
He and another employee, Francesco, I believe, came back to replace the two leaking gutters and, again, did an excellent job. Will definitely use their services again.

The overall experience is a positive one. Quick service with positive results!
