Vic came to my house and provided an estimate. He arranged for the city building inspectors and completed all work to their specifications in a timely manner. He and his crew were very prompt and professional.

Our overall experience with CSC is excellent. Vic is of the highest caliber when it comes to doing what he says he will do. We would certainly use this Company again. No questions.

This company is unprofessional. 7/5/06: I call Vic Searfross, he calls and makes an appointment for later that day. He does not show or call. I wanted to show him where problem was (I have 2 chimneys). 7/6: I call Vic leave message, Vic calls back and says he came out in morning, and tells me quote. 2 weeks later, I call Vic again to schedule, he said he would, never did. He tells me he will come out on the 24th (he knew I had a deadline on the 28th). 7/24: Workers come out and build piers under wrong hearth, AND use MY wheelbarrow to mix their cement in. I call Vic to tell him about this, he returns call and says I am lying. He and coworker come out and inspect, coworker says he cleaned wheelbarrow out, Vic does not apologize. Workers return to build piers in correct spot. Leave to get right jack, never come back. Note on my door 1 week later for us to reschedule. Workers return-can't fix problem and leave telling me Vic will call. Does not call, I call and he says they can't jack up.

THEY WERE VERY RELIABLE AND SERVICE CONSCIOUS.

IF YOU HAVE STRUCTURAL PROBLEMS ON YOUR HOUSE, LIKE CRACKS IN WALLS OR DOORS WON'T CLOSE, THIS IS THE COMPANY TO CALL. I CALLED ABOUT 6 AND THIS ONE HAD BOTH GOOD PRICES AND PROMPT RETURN CALLS. WORK WAS EXCELLENT AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH HOUSE NOW. PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.
