Since Airworks was taken over by Dillion corp the quality of service is AWFUL. I Got no notice of fall AC service, by the time I noticed it was overdue (Oct 2023) I called to inquire why. It seems many Airworks customers were not included in the takeover maintenance schedule, was told they could have a tech come out late Jan 2024 which is Unacceptable. I had pre-paid the service with Airworks which they would not refund. Im cancelling any and all service with this company, office staff awful.

We pay them at once for both the winter and the spring HVAC maintenance work, so we receive a discount. They do excellent work, are very professional, and friendly. We have been very happy with their work and will continue to use them in the future.
