Above All Construction

The owner of this business was contracted to replace fascia and cover with it with sheet metal trim. He was also to replace the soffit at the same time. While performing the work he stated that he needed to take down a front porch awning but that he would place it back while completing the job. Once the work had been completed Mr. Aaron De Vincenzo was paid for the job in full. The awning that Mr. Aaron De Vincenzo had taken down and put back up leaked rain onto the front porch and he was contacted in an attempt to have the issue remedied. After seeing no progress for several weeks I contacted him again regarding the leak. He stated that he would handle the situation and that he had been to the house twice and thought he had figured the problem out. He also apologized for the lack of communication and stated that he had things going on. After waiting almost a month with no attention to the problem I contacted Mr. De Vincenzo again by text and reminded him of the issue. Mr. De Vincenzo simply replied "OK". It has now been over a month and Mr. De Vincenzo refuses to address the issue or return any contact.

Overall we are very disappointed. Job was NOT finished. Communication was poor. Workers were messy.
