I called back after privacy fence was built with 1.5 inch gaps between the gate and the fence, where anyone can reach in. There are gaps between the boards, too. They hung up on me when I called to bring this to their attention. A gate they installed was sagging and dragging which tore up my lawn. They failed to tell me that the wood they ordered for my job wasn't in stock, so they got started later than they told me they would. They spray painted my grass to mark things underground (like water lines), which they didn't inform me of first and really confused me when I saw it.
