Description of Work: I requested a quote for the removal and replacement of trees and shrubs, subsequent landscaping, and construction of a circular driveway. They sent a representative (Lisa) who seemed to have good ideas on how to get the work done. I was told that an overall plan and quote would be e-mailed the following Wednesday. I have not heard from them or been able to get in touch with anyone by phone in the two months since. I don't think they've gone out of business because I still see the truck around town.

 + -1 moreTook 6 weeks for anyone to show up and couldn't get calls or emails returned. Only did part of work then gone again. Finally showed up when I was not there and planted grass but did not grade area to what I wanted done. Sent me a bill for planting trees and digging holes that was never done. Finally got a corrected bill but was still too high. Just went ahead and paid them and told them I no longer need there services. Several friends asked for a referral and I had to tell them not to use MowJoes. Still cannot figure how someone runs a business this way.
Description of Work: Requested a quote for yard work and to have some grass and trees planted. Received quote quickly and gave the go ahead. Lady was very very nice and clearly knew what she was talking about.
