Great. John immediately came over to review problem on his way to another job. Advised on cost savings options and returned a few hours later after completing the other job. He worked late into the evening to complete the repair and completely cleaned up after the fix. He was very professional and friendly, completely trustworthy and helpful.

I'm writing now, a year later, because after spending $285.00 on this with him, I just shelled out another $192.00 to fix the same problem. He didn't replace the faulty spigot, just soldered it and after a cold winter it started leaking again. (We detached the hose from the spigot during the winter). Just so you understand this plumber's mindset toward doing repairs, he also attempted to fix my leaking kitchen sink sprayer by wrapping it with electrical tape and charging me $85.00! This guy is incompetent and I was an idiot for using him.

He did great. I've used him before and found him to be excellent. This guy can do anything. He laid a new floor in our basement bathroom and installed a new toilet. I have absolutely no complaints. I have complete confidence in him. He is the best.

We experienced a clogged tub drain and called John Christopher's to come out and provide a quote. He came out on a Saturday morning and performed an extensive inspection of our whole system and pointed out things that were causing problems we've encountered over the years. (Extremely low water pressure, long wait times for water to heat up, very slow drain times, etc.). We chose which items we needed fixed asap and were given an ironclad quote that would not go higher, no matter what. John first replaced the faulty work we had done by another plumber 2 years ago. He then spent several hours cleaning drain pipes from within the house and also from the sistern. When he finished we had 3x the water pressure in the house and the tub and sink drained immediately. The company is extremely friendly and attentive to detail. The prices were better than competitive in our opinion. I hesitated to give them a "b" for promptness, the delays encountered were beyond their control. One was because another job ran into problems and the other was due to dangerous weather conditions. In both cases we were contacted prior to the scheduled time and given notice and alternative scheduling options. And the fact that he took his time with another client to make sure they got the attention they deserved was actually a good thing. I loved the practice of giving a quote and honoring their word that the job would not exceed that quote regardless of things that may happen during the repairs that would normally add more to the price. After 8 yrs in this house, we finally found a plumber we can trust!

We had just moved into our home, in a new town, with a six month old baby girl when we realized we had a big problem with the plumbing. The seller had replaced all the plumbing in our restored older home with "new" pipes, but the problem was nothing was up to code and nothing worked properly. The pipes kept blowing under the house, leaving us with no water, and after trying to repair it ourself and having a handyman try to repair it we finally decided to call a plumber. We called 7 different plumbers and got answering machines at all. John Christopher's Plumbing was the only one that called us back immediately(and the only one that called us back that day). They came over and temporarily rigged up our pipes so we had some running water and re-arranged some other jobs to do our job that week. They quoted us a price before they started and never once tried to add any other expenses to the job. They explained everything they were doing. They stayed late every day. They came in on Saturday morning to finish. In short, they were great!

Excellent service, explanation, cost, and most importantly these guys showed up when they said they were going to! Answered all of my questions and cleaned up after themselves. Excellent experience!

There were two people doing the work. They came and went several times throughout the project. It took them three days to finish and that was exactly how long they told me it would take. The people were very nice and courteous.
