We had several issues with this company: from our first interaction with them, they were not prompt and/or didn't come at all when they said they would; the plan that they implemented was very different from the plan that was detailed on our design; the woman who designed the landscaping was not there when they implemented the plan and therefore could not correct the mistakes; after the fact, they told us the designed plan was not possible in our yard for various reasons (unexpected utility boxes, etc), but they were completely unwilling to redo the plans to our liking; they messed up something with our irrigation system and it was like "pulling teeth" to get them come back to fix it!
