Paula never stops moving. She is constantly reaching overhead dusting a tall piece of furniture or on her hands and knees scrubbing a bathroom floor. She sees what needs to be done and completes the tasks without me having to ask her. In the past I have had problems with cleaning services not showing up for appointments, or when they did come, would send different people that I would have to show around my house to orient them. Paula arrives when she says she will. She works alone......but she cleans better than a large crew! I joined Angie's List to find a cleaning service and found Paula......I am a big fan and look forward to a long relationship with both!

Paula provides a high quality thorough cleaning of all areas. She is friendly and wants to make sure that the job she does is better than what you expect. When she leaves the house, you can tell it has been cleaned. Wood shines, countertops glisten, floors glow...etc.

I like her a lot. She is very reliable. She even comes earlier than the time slot. She is honest, dependable, and thorough.
