The owner (whom I had always dealt pleasantly with on prior visits) was apparently not on the premises. The person I dealt with on this occaision was very rude and abrupt. I believe this garage removed and kept a part from my car that would not be immediately noticeable. I believe this because I went from their premises to a gas station and the fuel filler inner flap the gas pump nozzle slips into was missing. No other mechanic(s) had had access to the car for at least a month prior. I have no way to prove they stole the part, but I would advise anyone to be wary of this business in the future, especially if the owner is not on the premises and handling the transaction personally. For my car the fuel filler hose liner costs $277 not including labor.
