Home Security System Service
The DVR player stopped working a little over a year after installation. The owner was contacted about the problem and did come by to pick it up to analyze the problem. 4 months have passed and he has not been in contact with us nor responded to our phone calls, repaired or replaced the DVR. Without a functioning DVR our security cameras are useless. We have also had ongoing issues with the quality of 2 cameras that have not been resolved. It is my opinion that Triad Security Systems is not dependable and the workmanship is less than desirable. We have since had our kidnapped, non-functioning DVR player replaced and installed by another security company with whom we are very pleased.
