He gave me an invoice and a few months later he came back he gave me a signed contract and the contract says it would take 5 business days but they still haven't come back and finish the job. There's no communication if I don't reach out to him he wouldn't reach out to me.

The guys finished the job in a very timely manner. The clean up was outstanding, you can't even tell they were here with the exception that my trees are gone, lol. Very pleased...
