Very good.

The technician was very nice and informative. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. It ended up being our security system provider installed our thermostat incorrectly. An easy fix for the technician.

Everything went well and as expected. Keaton was very professional and courteous. Would recommend them. They are probably a little higher than others but I like their work.

They were good, knew what to do, worked with us to figure out the best way to do it. You can not even tell they were there, they did a really good job.

I was pleased with the experience with Southern Services. The staff was professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I have contracted with this company to perform two evaluations per year to keep the unit at its top performance. The unit has been reliable and efficient.

There were some complications with space limitations. They were really accommodating trying to find something that would work. I think the pricing was a challenge. They weren't the least expensive, but there was a balance between finding something that would fit, and be installed correctly, or something that didn't fit, and not installed correctly. I paid more for the better service. The quality was real good. They were responsive, and on time. They came when they said they would. They were real professional, and I would use them again. One of the reasons I signed up for Angie's List was to understand who to choose. I found there was a gap in the history.

Brian Butterfield was the sales person. The company was responsive and actually did the work while we were out of town. We came back home and the heat was working fine! The couple minor issues that did crop up were resolved easily. They did a good job and I would recommend them to friends or neighbors! They have a deal worked out with Lennox, AmEx and CostCo where you get $100 back for every $1,000.00 you spend. It worked out that they were about $400 - $500 cheaper than everybody else.

There were no major problems with the work that was done but I was not that satisfied. The city inspector had to come back to our home three times before it passed inspection. I think that the work should have been done correctly the first time. Other than that, the work was fair. The workers were also friendly.

I am very pleased. The new system is so energy efficient. My gas bill for the entire year last year was $832. I would highly recommend them. They are nice people that come out to do the work. They did a real good job on this for me. They also put in some new ducts. I am definitely proud of my new system.

I used to have radiant heat so this is why the change. Everything is in good working order and great shape. I have recommended them to several others. They are a very diligent company and they worked with no interruptions. I have no complaints. They cleaned up very well and I am very pleased. I would absolutely hire this company again into the future. They are respectful and kind.

We were pleasantly surprised with this companies overall price of the system and installation. We did have much higher quotes at other places. We have had no problems with this companies work. They checked for leaks in the duct work and everything. They were very meticulous about their work We would definitely recommend this company to other people.

I was pleased with the work that this company did for me in my home. They showed up on time to do the work, and they did not waste time. They cleaned up after themselves, and their estimate was reasonable compared to some others that I had been given. I would tell other people seeking heating and air conditioning companies to take a look at this business. They are honest and reliable, and I like those qualities in an organization.

I think that the company did a very nice job. They cleaned up everything while they were working and did not leave a mess behind. The prices seem reasonable, and I would recommend this company to anyone. They really are professional and make time to explain to the customer what is going on.

This is a top notch company and I have only great things to say about them. They are wonderful. The fellow that deals with the trouble shooting really knows his stuff and is very personable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. They have a quality approach to everything that is done.

My old furnace went bad so I decided to spend a little more on a Trane system since they will run forever. The serviceman explained to me the benefits of the Trane system. I am really happy with it and it runs great. I received good services from this company. They did a good job on both units.

It was funny because they had installed one at first and it did not work. Come to find out it was because they had measured our home wrong and installed the wrong sized heat pump. They did fix it for us free of charge. Well, it should have been free anyway because they did not do it correctly the first time. I hold nothing against them, mistakes happen. Everything is fine now and I would hire them with no problems. I felt they were nice and they did their job as they should have.

I would say that Southern Services did very satisfactory work. I am not complaining at all. I thought the people were great and yet very nice and professional. Overall, they did a really great job and I would definitely hire them again. I have not had any problems with anything since they have been here. There is not much more to say about the service except for it was done correctly and in a reasonable time frame.

THEY ARE PUNCTUAL. THEY COME WHENEVER I NEED THEM TO. THEY WORK QUICKLY BUT EFFICIENTLY. I LIKE THE WORKERS THAT COME OUT. THEY ARE SO KIND AND POLITE.
