This company has been to my home twice to fix a running toilet through our warranty company. The first time they fixed it they fixed the toilet but left an mess all over my bathroom floor. I had to sweep mop and clean the outside of my toilet where they had dirt and mud and whatever else they were working with smeared on it. The second time they came out for the same issue about a year later and they fixed the problem but about 10-15 minutes after they left I go into the bathroom and water is all over the floor. The toilet tank was cracked. I called the technician that came out and he was like ohhh I will see if I can get it replaced, I’m like ok everybody makes mistakes no problem, he says he will Call me back and never called back. I called the company number and was told they said it was cracked I would have to pay 280. I’m like my toilet was not cracked before they came out and now I’m gonna have to pay for the mistake they made that isn’t right. Needless to say they never offered to take care of the issue unless we paid them for it and I did not want them to come back only to break something else or leave another mess. I will not line using them again and we let our home warranty company know how bad our experience was and they should not be sending them to our home for repairs anymore.

Polite, friendly, and effective plumbers! Arrived when they said they would, did a thorough job, and I would highly recommend the company. Telephone scheduler is all business - but once the plumbers arrive - they will do a great job.

This is my second time using Simrel Plumbing and as usual, they are amazing! Every employee we have encountered has been very polite and punctual. They diagnosed the problem in only a few minutes and had it fixed in only a few more. Very pleasant experience and will never use anyone else.

Our first encounter was when we called our home warranty insurance to replace disposal. The owner himself came and the job was well done. The 2nd call was to replace 4 faucets but this time an employee was sent. We didn't notice until we paid and he left that he kept one STAINLESS pop-up on the new BRONZE faucet. Why would we think that we would have had to go around to all bathrooms to make sure all the NEW parts were installed? When we called about it, he said he couldn't find the new one and just ASSUMED it was lost. He never communicated anything to us at the time. Wasn't it worth a simple question: Do you know where one of the pop-ups is???? What kind of executive decision was that to keep stainless on bronze? The owner said he would send someone out to fix it the next day. We waited and no one showed. Called again and owner admitted that he forgot to send someone. So it was 2 days till the bronze pop-up got where it belonged!! How embarrassing would that have been if anyone saw that in the guest bath? Unfortunately we also requested them to replace the element in the water heater. And again we got the same employee. We are now assuming that when the insurance co. calls, the owner goes out but for subsequent calls he sends the employee. So we showed him where the heater was and left him to it. We never thought we would need to tell a plumber not to have water everywhere when the job was done. When he said the job was done, there was water flowing through the garage with wet carpets and wet moving boxes. Again we assumed that he would attach a hose and drain BEFORE flipping around the element. Water everywhere! The answer we got was that it was the company's policy not to drain first. WHO DOES THAT? We don't want a quicky job for a reduced price if it causes us work, stress, or costs from ruined goods. I guess we could say the 3rd time was the charm..........we won't be calling SIMREL again! And unless you have the time to stand by and watch them every step of the way, call another plumber!

Called Simrel's pumping to install main water line from the meter to house. They quoted a fair price and I hired them. They ran the water line but cut my shower, washing machine drainage line with the trench digger. They covered new water line and didn't say anything to me about the drainage line. I paid them $901 for the job only to notice a day later that there was water bubbling out of the ground. I called them and 2 guys came out and after some digging with shovels we all saw pieces of the drainage pipe chewed up by the trench digger and obviously the cut pipe. They said they would be back next week to fix it. Next week came and no show. Next week after that no show and on it goes. The couple times I've gotten ahold of Mr. Simrel, he has been short with me saying don't worry we'll fix it then hangs up the phone. Bottom line is Simrel's never showed up to stand behind their work. It's been over a month now so obviously they took the money and ran. I hope tis review helps people. It's tough to pay out 900 bucks then get stabbed in the back.
