I was very very pleased with the operation from the quote process to job completion. They were all careful and through. No muss, no fuss. I had expected a lot of debris in the house during the course of replacing the old skylights, but very little came down to land on the plastic they spread out on the floor and personal property beneath. All 6 units were installed with solar powered blinds that are functioning perfectly and helping to keep the house cooler with operation controlled from my phone. We had a great installation team who we enjoyed getting to know as they tip toed in the house in their socked feet. Yes, I would recommend this contractor to my friends and neighbors. (We are also pleased with the addition of a tubular skylight in a dark bedroom.) We have had some pretty heavy storms since installation and everything is good.

I live in a 1956 ranch house and needed more light in certain areas, There were two older sun tunnels in the kitchen when I bought the house and I liked the extra light they provided. Mike Townsend came to see look at my house and make suggestions which happened to be right in line with what I was thinking. I decided on 2 14" in my living room and 1 in the kitchen and 2 10" in a dark hallway. what an amazing difference, The installer finished about dusk on December 19 and the hallway was lit up with natural light. They also have a solar night light that provides light at night. And the best part is the Federal rebate if installation is completed by the end of 2019. I am thrilled with both the sales and service I received and have plans to put several more in later this year.

I am so pleased with the results. My initial request was scheduled within two weeks after a home visit by one of the company representative who was able to answer my questions and walk me through what the process would be like. The installation could not have been smoother. The two installers were very professional and cordial. They discovered some rot in the roofing board at the right front corner of the existing unit which they repaired at a reasonable extra cost. The entire installation took about 7 hours so I am thankful that the outside temperature was in the mid 40s at a time of year where insects are not a hindrance.

A very nice gentleman (I can't remember his name) drove from Charlotte on a very cold morning, arriving right on time.  Within 4 hours, both systems were installed.  They look great!  We had a big rain a week later and no leaks.  We love the light in our home.  I highly recommend Natural Home Lite!

Showed up on time to give me estimate and discuss product and installation.  Gave me clear information to receive approval from my local community board.  Set intallation appointment and arrived on time.  Installation was quick, efficient, and professional.  Installer was very good, very courteous, explained everything and answered all my questions.  Experience could not have been any better.  I love the skylights, best investment I made in my new house.  Brings great light to a darker room.  Would definitely to to them again for additional work.  They made it easy for me.  Great people / great product.  Cannot say enough about them.
