Every good. The first time we met she came with a notepad and a list. She asked questions and hit all the right ones! Really appreciate what she does.

After reading the reviews here and meeting Tammy I trusted her right away. She is very pleasant and thorough, she took notes during our first meeting. She cleaned my house exactly as we discussed, I am kind of a pack rat and she respected that and did not throw things away or put things away where I could not find them. I will absolutely use her again, her price is very reasonable.

She has been here for three or four times and I just love her. Her name is Ms. Tammy Banks. She works very hard. I have a 4000 square feet house. She comes at 09:00 and leaves between 13:00 and 14:00. She never stops the whole time. She just works. She never takes a break and never gets on to her cell phone. My house is spotless. Once in a while, she has someone to help her but I have not seen that person yet. She never stops working and she never takes a break which stands out to me. She cleans every room and because it is such a big house, I told her that she could do the upstairs on one week and downstairs on the following week. However, she said that she could handle it and she does. I have her come every two weeks. She is on time and if she is going to be late she would let me know. She usually comes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays but she came on a different day this week because my husband was sick. So, we put her schedule up for today but she remembered this morning that she had to take her son somewhere. She called me between 07:30 and 08:00 this morning and asked if I would be alright if she was a little bit late and she explained why. She did not just tell me that she is going to be a little bit late. She was fifteen minutes late and I don't have a problem with that. She is easy to work with but she is extremely polite. She always calls and she is very concerned that I would be happy with her work. I have already recommended her to a friend where she went last week and my friend likes her as well. She is nice. She is a quiet girl until you start getting to know her. We are starting to develop a rapport on a conversation but she is shy. She addresses us as Ma'am and Sir. She takes a little bit of time to get to know you and feel comfortable. I think that her price is very reasonable because of the size of the house. She does not know but I am going to up her fee. She likes cats and I have six cats. I have been here for seven years and I have had four or five housecleaners but she is the best of them all. She misses things. This is only her third time and during the first time we had just had a new wood ceiling put in our living room. So, my main concern is dust everywhere. She is just now getting to know the house. She is the only one that I have had that does my windows. She will do a few windows each time that she comes in and none of the others would do that. My house is close to a lake and so, we have a lot of windows on the lake side of the house. We have a lot of French doors that open up on to the porches. She has been cleaning all of the windows and everything. I would absolutely use her again in the future. I think that she is wonderful. The more that I get to know her the more I like her. She is wonderful with her work but her personality too is very pleasing and very pleasant.
