i called them twice about pumping my septic tank and they never returned my call.  Finally I called them again and they came out.  After he had charged me and began pumping my septic tank, he told me it didn't really need it. Two months later I received a call from them telling me I had never paid my bill.  I called them back (had to leave a message) and told them I had paid by credit card before he even started pumping and asked her to give me a call back to confirm they had made a mistake. I still haven't heard anything from them. I wouldn't use this company again. 

Telephoned the business number and left a voice message requesting a price quote and stated the call was not an emergency.  I received a return phone call the same day with a price quote and a choice of two days for service, one of which was the next day.  I set a later date for the service.  An exact time could not be provided due to the nature of the business as a previous customer may take longer than expected.  The crew, Brett and Bobby, arrived in the estimated time frame and set to work.  They were professional, courteous, and knowledgable.  They listened to the events that led to my calling their business and concerns that I had.  They worked efficiently and quickly.  They answered all my questions in detail  and provided other information about general septic tank maintenance.  The tank was pumped, closed, and the dirt was placed back in the hole.  The area where the holes were dug will require a little work on my part but I was expecting that; can't dig two holes in the yard and expect it to look as if nothing was done! 

I used the same company 2-3 years previously to perform a complete septic inspection as part of the process of purchasing the home.  That experience was also good although it took a little while to receive the written inspection report.
