The Look Roofing representative arrived on time and soon found a piece of gutter that didn't have flashing.  While on the roof, he off-handedly mentioned that, for the job to be properly done, the shingles would need to be removed.  Instead of doing that, he glued and nailed up an unsightly piece of flashing and then put the gutter back into place.
We recently had 12 days of rain, and the leak had actually worsened!  We hired another roofing company to fix the problem.  They reported that they would need to remove siding and shingles to fix the leak.  They also let us know that the leak had worsened because the Look Roofing rep had adding flashing in such a way that the area actually caught more water than it would have without the flashing.
I cannot recommend the $99 deal to fix what turned out to be a $1,300 leak.  I got the feeling that the Look rep was only doing $99 worth of work, without taking the time to let me know the true scope of the work required to properly fix the leak.

I initially contacted Look Roofing because I saw a stain on my kitchen ceiling and believed that I had a small leak.  Mr. Rhodes came out and looked at the roof and told me that I had a hole in my roof and several shingles missing.  He advised me to contact my insurance as it looked like wind damage.  I followed his advice and had an insurance adjuster come out the following week.  The insurance adjuster confirmed everything Mr. Rhodes said about the condition of my roof.  He also pulled a weather report that showed a storm had occurred a few months ago that had winds strong enough to do the damage they saw.  He agreed that full roof replacement was necessary and about a week and a half later I received the check from the insurance company.

I contacted Mr. Rhodes and told him I wanted to go ahead with the installation of the new roof.  He came out to show me samples and confirm the estimate for the entire roof, including an upgrade to the 30 year roof for no additional charge.  I picked out my shingles and the work began about 2 days later.  The total number of man hours was only about 3 days to install the roof, but they had to stop in the middle because of heavy rains.  The first day of sunshine though, his crew was back and finished the job.  They were very timely and professional and the job came in at the exact estimate I was quoted.  

I have a beautiful brand new roof and insurance paid for all of it!  Thank you Look Roofing!

The representative was very polite, asked if there were problem areas or if I just wanted a general inspection of the roof. I informed him off the one leak and he checked out the entire roof. He explained that the leaking area had a tab that had been tacked on top, stated that he probably wouldn't have done it that way and removed it and put two more there with better layering, advised me to keep an eye on it just in case, but said I shouldn't have any further issues. He sent me a written estimate in the mail with assessed possible hail damage, which he had told me about. The only reason I probably wouldn't use this company for future work is because I've gotten an estimate for artisan singles with a lower quote. Representative was excellent and professional.

when he first fixed the problem it stopped the leak but months later I had to hire someone else to comeback and redo the job having to pay additional money for repairs.

Carey located and fixed my problem at a reasonable price.  I was pleased with this experience.

He responded quickly, showed up on time and did a wonderful job.   Spent a good amount of time on the repairs and showed me the part that he replaced and explained what he did.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Mr. Rhoades responded quickly to my AL purchase, and set up a time convenient to me for the service call. He was punctual, and did the work as advertised. He described what he did, and asked me to call him back if there were any further issues. I am, at this time, quite pleased.

Showed up on time, quickly assessed issue and went to work to fix it.
