The price quoted was good and he was recommended by someone I trusted who said they knew a few people that used him. Chad (the owner) was super-nice on the phone and so was Charles that actually came to clean the carpets & tile. Only problem -- the carpets looks the exact same. I know something was done, the carpets were all wet. I felt like my uncle's Wal-Mart steam cleaner would have done the same job. Dissappointing. However, I did have him clean the tile while he was there. It looked much nicer. People have told me I should call and have him come back out. Two problems. The new house is out-of-town (about 40 minutes away) and the owner was recently diagnoised with cancer (young guy in his upper 30s and yes, it is confirmed). I'm just sucking it up to a lesson learned.
