General Remodeling
The quality of the work is excellent. They have just about remodeled the entire interior of our home here in Lexington. We own a couple of beach rental properties and they do such a good job we've had them work on those houses too. They're very reliable. We trust them in the house when we're not here.
What stands out to me is the quality of the work they do. They don't try to cut corners. This was long distance from another state. They kept us up to date sending us pictures over the iPad and they always checked with us. They don't just decide to do things on their own without checking with us. They are very dependable.
Their pricing is very reasonable. That's one of the reasons we went with them. They don't low ball just to get your business. They give a fair price but it's fair. They don't try to jack up the rates. We have a house on the lake so people in the past would come out and see that and think, oh these people have money and jack up the rate. K & B does not do that.
