JARVIS CONSTRUCTION

Terrible! Mr. Steve Jarvis used and abused my father who was dying of stage 4 cancer. Mr. Steve Jarvis Claimed he was Christian and would only use Christian workers for this house from the community. The house is solely built by Spanish and is poor quality and was ridiculously priced. I have 7 different color mortars on my brick walls and here different joint patterns. Only a few bricks where payed level, most of it looks zigzag. You can see every Sheetrock seam is visible and was not done properly, paint is peeling off the walls, textured ceiling is coming off. Pocket doors where not installed correctly. As soon as Mr. Jarvis received Draw to start the job This man took his family to Israel in the middle of the job and did not return for a month. When he got back all he did was accept the lowest bid for each job and did not care about the quality just the price that was coming from his pocket. The whole house construction was done by short cuts. House is so uninsulated I can hear the highway a mile and a half through the woods and this is a brick home. The list goes on and on. To make a long story shorts this man took my mother and fathers life saving and built them the crappiest house in Davidson County NC. He now is County Commissioner, public beware. Hope this gentleman does better with the county being a county commissioner than he does being a contractor. Til the day that my father died spent his last weeks on this earth tried to get all the problems fixed with this new construction house that Mr. Jarvis left. Can not stand people who lie and hide behind the Cross of God. Shame on you Mr. Jarvis. Lol
