This is the second time I have used James Heating and AC. Both times they fixed my problem(2 different units) without trying to sell all the extras. They did the work on time as promised and sent me a reasonable bill with 30 day terms.

We have used James Heating & AC Company repeatedly since we moved here which is for ten years. We never had any problems. They have always been very responsive. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very punctual. They are courteous. I’m alone here at the house but I’m not concerned when their people come out.

I can't say fore sure what they did to the unit as it was under our house, but they spent 1 1/2 hours and checked the ac unit also, but did not make thorough exam of that by running it. They never had me turn the unit on to check the performance.

Our air conditioner was freezing up and they came over right away to take a look at it. It was necessary for them to take some of the parts back to their shop to work on. Everything is running great now.
