Not to good. I think they accepted a job they did not know how to do but tried anyway. Fisrt they applied mortar to the joints as thick as they could and thought they could come back later and clean it up. they ended up having to grind all the mortar they layed back off and redo it again. By this time the brick had a grey hue to them. They ended up doing a little below average work (mortar joints) but failed when it comes to cleaning up. Either I will have to hire someone else to fix the brick and clean up what they messed up or do it myself. Also, on the good side, the last day they were there to pressure wash and clean up everything, as soon as I went into the house they packed up and left. I have not heard from them since which tells me they knew they screwed up and did not charge me anything. Going forward I will not use FPS again nor will I use Angie's List. I thought if Angie's List supplied their name then they must know what they are doing, not the case. Not really sure what purpose Angie's List has.
