Everhart's Lt. Grading and Backhoe Services was started in 1998. We are a family owned and operated business that can independently contract projects up to $30,000. We specialize in Light grading, finish grading and lawn sewing, french drains, foundations (footings and masonry), concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, and garage floors. We also offer handicap accesses, decks, tree work, and framing. Our motto is "Where Quality and Service Come First"! My name is Scott Everhart I personally own and operate this business. We offer demolition and hauling, light grading, finish grading, grass sewing, concrete driveways, patios, sidewalk, and numerous floor configuration. We also offer handicap access construction, decks, variations of framing, and tree and shrub work. I also offer consultation on all the above projects. Estimates are always free!

We do not preform the following, lawn maintenance, leaf raking, door installations, roofing, trash service.
