Called office early Mon morn. Tech (Matt) arrived before 11 am. Very respectful, went right to work. Diagnosed problems and repaired quickly. Some parts covered by warranty.

THEY CAME ON TIME. THEY SHOWED ME HOW TO RUN THE MACHINE AND TOLD ME WHAT ALL THE BUTTONS DO. I REALLY LIKED THEM A LOT. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS.
