On the first occasion we set an appointment, when the appointment time came mr. Kinley never showed up are called. Finally after 5 pm after I had contacted my contractor Mr Kinley texted me and said he had an emergency arise and rescheduled the appointment for the following Monday. Monday arrives Kinley does not again he had to be hunted down, and yet somthing else happened. We rescheduled for Friday, finally he shows. This Friday 6-22-18 my A/C goes out, my contractor tells me to contact Mr Kinley again and I do, told him my a/c was out and that we have 2 elderly people in house with heart conditions, we needed air back on. Said he could not make it Friday, but sat morning he or one of his techs would be on it. Sat comes and no service person shows, text and leave messages for Mr. Kinley but get no response, at 1230 I contact contractor, after that at 1pm I get text from Mr. Kinley he had a sick child and could not leave. But he didn't bother to inform us until after 1 pm which made it **** near impossible to find anyone else. When I informed Mr Kinley that I would be contacting the contractor about this, his reply was I GOT MORE WORK THAN I CAN DO. This man is arrogant, unreliable and not dependable, and could care less about you the customer.
