Electrical Service
The job started well but after they were finished I began to notice items were done incorrectly.
The rooms that had double toggle wall switches controlled only one fixture. The second toggle switch in each room controlled nothing. I thought that maybe the second switch controlled wall outlets but they did not even though they had power coming to them. I still don't know what they controll.
Within three months I had to replace two circuit breakers that malfunctioned.
I also noticed that in the water heater closet there was a hole in the ceiling for a light fixture to be installed but there was no fixture. In
place of the fixture there were two bare wires hanging out of the ceiling that were not capped even though they were HOT!. There was NO switch to turn the power off to the non-existent fixture.
The kitchen disposal was wired to a switch that controlled a light. When you turned it on...the lights and disposal came on.
I made a number of calls requesting a return visit and appointments were made, appointments were broken, appointments rescheduled and finally they just became no shows with no notice and no return phone calls. I gave up calling.
I?m done with these people.
