Commercial Cleaning does residential cleaning, too. Although they are located in Lexington they work in the Clemmons / Winston-Salem area, too. Don?t let the name or their address keep you from contacting them. They are awesome!
Jessica, the manager of Commercial Cleaning, was very responsive to my needs. I just wanted to have 2 two-story cathedral
windows washed, and was having difficulty finding someone who was willing to come out to my house for such a ?small? job.
Jessica came out, gave me an estimate and scheduled a time that was convenient for both of us. I let her know that she could come anytime she was in the area, since I didn?t want her to drive from Lexington to Clemmons simply for my job. She assured me that she
is out in our area quite regularly.
Jessica and two other women (family members) came out for the job. All three were very professional and friendly. They used a tall ladder and soft scrub brushes and squeegees on long handles to get our 25? tall windows on our home. They were here for about 45 minutes. They checked their work by having one person on the inside and one on the outside to double-check for streaks or spots.
The next day Jessica texted me to make sure everything still looked great in the morning sun which shows every imperfection. I was happy to report that the windows still looked excellent. I was really impressed that she followed up with me.
I will be using CommercialCleaning for all of my window cleaning needs in the future. And should I need deep house cleaning down the road I will not hesitate to call them for that, either.
The only thing they need to improve upon is marketing. They need to add a sign to their van, get a website that is easily accessed through a Google search, and consider changing their business name so residential customers like me can find them.
