I purchased a lake house two years ago and needed the septic tank pumped out. This was my first experience with Angie's List and the experience was great. B&B Septic owner arrived right on time. He was very friendly, professional and amazingly knowledgeable. The job lasted about two hours on a Friday afternoon. I never felt like he wanted to hurry and leave. The cleanup was great. I would highly recommend B&B Septic.

ONE LID WAS STUCK AND THEY HAD TO MAKE A SECOND TRIP OUT TO PUMP IT ONCE WE GOT SOMEONE ELSE TO OPEN IT. THEY WERE VERY PATIENT. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN IF I HAD TROUBLE.

The service guy was alright. He came over when I called him and pumped out the septic tank and was quick about it. The price is reasonable and nothing got broke. The septic system works well. I would recommend them to anyone for other jobs.
