+ -1 moreHe was contracted to cut down a tree, he caused damage to my property and the side walk. I paid him upfront and he has never come back to finish the job he was hired for. He would not return my phone calls.
Description of Work: Mowing the lawn for the whole season, plus cutting down a large oak tree.
