They did an adequate job. Details and quality slipped over time, and I have switched to someone else.

They're good. I've been using them for about a year.

They did a beautiful job at a reasonable price. They were nice and quick and it was very worthwhile.

They do excellent cleaning. Two ladies arrive, on time, and you can read the rest above. I have ten rooms and 3 bathrooms, and the above describes what we call a and quot;1/2 cleaningand quot; day. On alternative weeks, they clean the whole house. I have a dog in the house. She loves the ladies, and I recommend Molly Maids to everyone.

Took less than 30 minutes to do the upstairs- no detail work, moved items and did not put back. went thru numerous people and after 1 year quit- very frustrating.

They've seem to be fairly punctual and reasonable. They worked around my dog and did what I had asked them to do.

They were exactly what I expected from a typical cleaning company in NC. After a few cleanings , my house just turned into another long stop in their long day and it just wasn't important enough to do a thorough job so they just run a vacuum and made a few beds and left !

Took a few visits to get it perfect, now it is.

Overall Molly Maids was a very good company to work with during a stressful time of life. They were very responsive, flexable, professional, and consistant.

Normal, excellent. Called for evaluation, came on Tuesday, and team went to work on Friday, all in the same week. Owner of franchise came to check up on workers before they left on Friday.

The office was very professional, checking in both the week before and the day before to confirm. The ladies that came were very friendly and professional (Rosie and Monica). We normally clean our own house but wanted a deep cleaning before hosting an office party and family for Christmas. We were told that it would take between 2-3 hours to clean our house, but I had to stop the ladies after 3:45 and tell them not to worry about the basement because it was taking longer than we expected. They were very nice about it, and still offered to dust that area free of charge. They were very professional and very thorough, down to washing every pane in every window. We were very pleased with them and would definitely hire them again.

call and they scheduled a time for an in home estimate. He came by two days later for the estimate. The following day I dropped off the key. Then the next day they came by and cleaned the home. They left the key there. Everyone was very professional and was good about following up. The only issue, albeit minor, is when I came home there were a two spots they missed picking up the hair/dust balls. otherwise the house looked wonderful. My total cost was at the highest end of the estimate, they provided a range.

They sent the same 2 ladies every time. They did an excellent job.

THIS COMPANY HAS A FABULOUS CREW. THEY ARE AMAZING. THEY CLEAN JUST THE WAY I WOULD AND DO IT VERY PROFESSIONAL. WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED EVERYTHING IS SPOTLESS.
