The contractor was very professional a great job. He worked for about 2 1/2 hours and completed the job with no issues. He recommended a different unit than what we bought which he said carried a lifetime warranty and a better product so we went with that, although it was much more expensive. Which is the only issue we have at the end. Our friend who sold bathroom fixtures for years said she thought the price we paid for the repair was probably about $200 higher than she thought it should be. Otherwise we had no issues at all.

They were a little high on price as I think I could have had it done cheaper however he did come out quickly and he does good work. I appreciated the fact that everything was done right the first time.
