Darrin and his crew removed two layers of asphalt shingles. They replaced rotten decking and even framed around a chimney that hadn't been framed by the builder. They put down new paper and a new metal roof. He also had to reframe all of the overhangs because it was rotten due to poor construction. He replaced all rotten fascia and installed new flashing and soffit. He also removed all the old Masonite siding, put new blue board where needed, and installed vinyl siding. He also did all the trim and wrapped all our door and windows frames with new flashing.
They did excellent work! They always cleaned up their work at the end of every day. Entire staff was very friendly and professional! Once they began work, the job turned into a bigger job than expected. Darrin always kept us informed and was more than reasonable on any extra expenses over his original estimate that was needed but not planned for.
We highly recommend Walsh Construction and we'll definitely call Darrin again if the need arises.
