 + -1 moreI can say from experience that they are wonderful. When we had a fire because of a lightning strike, we lost every appliance. Everything in the house was gone. They came in and put a brand new heat pump, a furnace and a new thermostat. They showed up on time, did what they said they were going to do, and got it on time. They took the old furnace and the old air-conditioner out and there was no mess and no fuss. They had to replace breakers in the breaker box and rewire. I think probably from some of the other estimates we got, their price was good. I certainly will continue to use them.
Description of Work: The heating and cooling company based in Lenoir came out in the springtime for the air service. They come every year. We call them and they come and make sure that everything is okay and turn the air-conditioner on.
