I can say from experience that they are wonderful. When we had a fire because of a lightning strike, we lost every appliance. Everything in the house was gone. They came in and put a brand new heat pump, a furnace and a new thermostat. They showed up on time, did what they said they were going to do, and got it on time. They took the old furnace and the old air-conditioner out and there was no mess and no fuss. They had to replace breakers in the breaker box and rewire. I think probably from some of the other estimates we got, their price was good. I certainly will continue to use them.
